Macau sauna overnight guide: 10 will let you sleep, but only a few sleep well
Plenty of people treat "allows overnight" as the first filter, then find themselves without a seat in the lounge at 3 a.m. This page sets out the overnight picture for all 14 venues, then explains how to judge whether a place actually sleeps well.

Allowing it and sleeping well are two different things
Lounge seats are scarce when it is busy. On a Friday or Saturday night a venue may allow overnight stays and still have only scattered seats left, or none until the small hours. Three things decide whether a place sleeps well:
First, the size of the lounge and how many seats it holds.A wide hall with plenty of seats is far more likely to have room at 2 a.m. Majesty’s lounge is the roomiest on the list, which is why it gets called the overnight default.
Second, how busy it gets.The venues with the biggest line-ups (Number One, Lake Palace) are the best by day and the loudest at night. If you want to sleep, avoid them.
Third, whether there is a separate rest area or a room you can keep.Some venues let you keep a themed or VIP room all night, usually at a surcharge. Ask before you go in.

If your trip is a late flight in and an early flight out, the simplest plan is a venue with long hours and a big lounge: arrive before midnight, sleep, and go straight to the airport. Peninsula venues are 15–20 minutes from the terminal.
